Request for the information about training or any help for a pcb designer for hardwar

Dear all ,

i am a PCB designer have more than 7 yr Exp ,and i have done Btech in ECE .
I want to come out of PCB designing and work in Hardware ,but i have tried my best ,even not getting any opportunity to grow .
pls tell if any online paid training there available .
Urgent Request !!!How can a PCB designer go to Hardware design .

normally if you are a PCB designer, you sure have a good skills in electronics,
if you need to work on hardware you need to specify each field you want to join,
for exapmle if you want to know about power supply, take a look on this
