Hi everybody,

I want an analog circuit which can be replaced relay.

A and B can be any signal and c is the on/off command signal. So this circuit should be conduct any signal with maximum 1A current.

You should tell where u want to use it.

For small signal applications, look for 4066, 4053, 4052, and other CMOS switches. It can be discrete too, with diodes, or MOS.

Solid state relay is the general term for it, there are plenty of devices avilable with different current and voltage ratings. DC capable relays are generally using anti-serial MOSFETs and e.g. a photovoltaic gate driver, if isolation is required.

but i need something which can be in scale of smd.
