Hi,
I'm looking for infos concerning the AT91RM9200. Unfortunately there's only a very poor datasheet (35 pages) at their homepage. Does anyone have more detailled information (full datasheets, schematics of the evaluation board, erratas ......)?

dainis (ARM expert! :))) you are right... but I don't believe that you can find another docs at this moment. Maybe sooooon...

At this ftp address you can find the complete development CD-ROM for the AT91 family and of course for AT91RM9200.
