I want to transmit a signal from a transmitter via AWGN channel. At receiver side i will get s(t)+n(t).For this signal i want to calculate convolution and PDF.for this i want inputs. My problem is that how to represent the signals in mathmatical form and steps to find the convolution and PDF.Please help me in this regards.

Thank you for your replay. But i didnot got idea becoze my problem is to transmit a signal on AWGN channel(representation of y= s(t)+n(t) in mathametical form)and calculating convolution for the same( y= s(t)*n(t)) and after getting convolution result i have to find probability density function at the receiver side

thank you for your reply
I got an idea from your reply.

Now I am unable to simulate the equation in matlab as I do not know how to represent the AWGN noise in terms of a equation.

It would be helpful if i get to know how to represent the AWGN noise in terms of equations.

thanks in advance
