Remote Data Monitoring Using XBee Modules

I have a solar and wind generator system connected to my battery bank in the garage.
I am trying to use Xbees to monitor the voltages and amps then send that data to my PC located in the house. The voltages vary from around 11.5 vdc to 15.0 vdc. and the amperes can range from 0-50 amps.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
