I need to outsource a project. The objective is to build of an "alarm box" with the current requirements:

1. Alarm box is activated via remote control (the type used for garage door)
2. Once the the "Alarm Box" is activated the box will sound high frequency / high volume (the type used for an household smoke alarm)
3. Alarm will cycle on and off at various controlled frequency settings (example: 5 minutes alarm sound on then stop for 20 minutes and restart) until deactivated by remote control
4. Option available for a manual activation/deactivation
5. Alarm box is powered by a regular wall outlet 120V
6. Alarm box size is no bigger than a shoe box.

Can you do it?
