hello,
I am working on reliability and aging of transistor. I am using cadence relxpert for NBTI,PBTI,HCI simulation in UMC 65 nm technology. For reliability simulation a relxpert model scs file is require for UMC 65. I have a model file that supports gpdk 45. can anyone please sent me a model file which supports UMC 65 technology.
 


No one can send you such file, it would be a gross violation of NDA. You have to get the file from the foundry.
