Hi,

How to determine the overall reliability of the Rf Frontend, which consist of Threes stage LNA,image reject filter with a single balance mixer...

What are the major failure points which needs to be addressed while designing the frontend.

How to determine the reliability factor of your system?

the quality of the components, the workmanship use to construct the board, the screening/burn in/testing to reveal latent defects, a design that has mechanical stress relief so that things do not break off under vibration/temperature cycling, a design with adequate thermal pathways to keep junction temperatures of semiconductors low, and derating all parts so they operate at only a fraction of their rated maximum performance values.
