Relation between oscillator and baud rate

What should be maximum baud rate for a given oscillator ?
for example, I have 1.843.200Hz oscillator

My microcontroller is Pic16f877a and I am using 1843200 Hz crystal, what is the maximum baud rate can I communicate, thank you

Attached is given in datasheet. Theoretically if select BRG=1 and X as 0 then it is max 115200.
