i need 5 volt 350mA regulated power supply using transistor,
so how to design it? and what are the values of other component?

Dear bramhankarrohit
Hi
Is your input from a transformer ?
And do you need just transistors ?
If yes , you can do it , with a simple zener diode and just 2 transistor .
Do you need current limiter ?

Why use a transistor to make a 350mA regulated power supply? Have a look at 7805 datasheet: >7V DC in, a few small capacitors on input & output, done. Easy to find, easy to use, cheap, robust.
