regarding the library files of ASIC Design

in lib are contains postive edge ff's,positive level latches,negative edge ff's,negative level lacthes?? or only one type of ffs and one type of latchs(means only posedge ff's,postive level latchs).

general case ---if i want to use negative level latch, wheter i will take positive level latch and invert clock? or separate negative level configaration latch will be there in my lib.if it is prasent how can i found in lib file? thanks
