Regarding ibis pull up and pull down current miss match from slow to fast process

Hi,

I am running the ibis using cadence Sigrity tool where I am observing pull up/ pull down min to max current range is 6X ...ex if min(slow corner) current is 2mA and for Max(fast corner) 14mA. usually for pvt condition from slow to fast cannot be 6-7X.

Please advice me what will be the reason for this ??

Temperature can be 2X or more, at least MIL temp range.
Process control, who can say? I don't know how broad
"usually" is supposed to imply but that kind of drive strength
span (probably sandbagged times three, so there's no crying
later) doesn't surprise me.
