Hi
I'm working on the design of a high efficiency receiver that can be effectively used in biomedical applications using ultrasonic link. I have a couple of questions.
1. Can anyone help me out with the electrical circuit of a CMUT ( capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer) ? Would it resemble a piezoelectric transducer circuit?
2. I wanted to have an example of a CMOS differential rectifier's schematic and the step wise simulations associated ? ( Could someone please attach snapshots as examples and explain? )
3. Last but not the least, does anyone have an idea of the electrical circuit of an S-882Z ultra low voltage charge pump IC ?
Cheers!!
