Reduce speed of motor when applying load on my three phase drive.

hello friends,


i am designing 3-phase inverter drives,and i have got satisfactorily result for without load. now when i rotate motor with some load my drive output current is incresing drasticaly and speed of motor also reduce to almost zero. i don't know why this happen?

please anyone can help me who is master in this area.
