My question as follows,

Objective : I want to run Cadenc IC5.0 on Red Hat Linux OS.
Question: which OS should I choose to install?

from this web site as below,

I saw two kind of Linux solutions they offer.

I almost see nothing about Red Hat Linux revison # or anything about
Red Hat Linux 7.x.. which a lot of people recommend to run EDA Cad tools.

Who can tell me how you run EDA tools with Red Hat Linux?
