I want to develop a plug and play video games.
can any body knows,which is a good chips for developing video games.

Is it a simple device that plug to a TV and play games...?
If so, there many samples on this site https://instruct1.cit.cornell.edu/courses/ee476/FinalProjects/.

They use AVR.
