read wave file from mmc

hello all
i can read and write bytes to mmc
i want to copy a wave file to mmc in windows by a cardreader( from usb port)
and then read wave file whit a micro ( atmega32)
and play wave sound
but i dont know anything about flash file and partition and cluster and ....
i want some information and source C code
please help me thanks
