raeding intel hex code

hi guyz
i am building a programmer for the 8051 series of MCU but i got stocked up on how to load and send the generated hex file thats stocked up in my pc. all hardware seems perfect when i manually copy/paste the hex file on my textfield in my vb code.........plzzzzzzz

the hex file looks like this
