Hi

Does anyone happen to have a schematic for a 4ch radio receiver transmitter system with up to a 1km range?

some small level of explanation would be brilliant too

Cheers
Sean

The easiest way may be to buy a radio-controlled airplane (or a broken one). Its control system usually has four channels, and by using suitable antennas you can achieve the 1 km distance between the transmitter and receiver.

You can build four separate transmitters and receivers but remember that any RF transmission must be done under a legal license. Check with your local ARRL (radio-amateur) group for more information.
