Hi,

I have some quick questions about noise analysis for the schematic I attach.

1) I need to find the analytical solution for this circuit. I use the minimum length for all of them (I'm using tsmc018). So, when I do the calculation, do I need to use "short-channel" noise model? What we learn in school is usually the equations for "long-channel." I wonder if I need to use a different equation here.

2) I've tried to analyze this circuit myself. But I'm not sure if I can look at the noise contribution of the Pullup PMOS and that of the Pulldn NMOS seperately (independently). Are they uncorrelated or correlated?

thank you!

for hand calculation,
i will use current noise model of the transistors,
3 transistors, so 3 independent current noise sources, add them up
