queston in unipolar spwm for 3-level d.c.i

hi all..
attached my unipolar spwm on 3-level diode clamped inverter with 50 hz sinusoidal and amplitude of 1. while triangular frequency 2khz and 0.5 u for pulse width and Tr=Tf=0.24975m and Td=0 and v1=-1 and v2=1.

the output voltage waveform on a pure resistive load attached and i think the red circles are not ok in the output ..why?...is it related to my mosfet or opamps or what???,...i need an advise...thanks

It looks like something is wrong with the timing of the drive signals.
