Questions about S-Parameter in RF CMOS design

S-Parameter

hi,

i just start my study of RF CMOS Design this year. I have several questions about s-parameter need your all helps.Thanks.

1. what software can simulate and measure s-parameter of the RF modules?(such as LNA). T-spice can or not?

2. MOSIS provides s-parameter for their CMOS process? Where i can found that s-parameter of certain CMOS process?

about measureing s parameters
u can use spectre rf , @DS , or ELDO rf
or any RF simulator
about mosis s parameters , i think u can contact mosis for details

About S-parameter simulation,using @ds in circuit design, or hf$$ in EM analysis.
