hi all,

1.)for simulating a circuit around 10 Gbps which mosfet model will give me ac results
with parasitics .

2) Is it sufficient to include a mosfet model file or extra elements like inductor should be included in the design.
 

MOSFET MODELS

inductor is not important i think all you need is the transistor model and resistance model that also depends on your circuit
