HI~~

I have one question for the SDRAM Power.
I use the Samsung SDRAM, and there is one chip for communicating with SDRAM.

I serve the 2 isolated 3.3V power to each chip.

But when I did power-off on SDRAM, SDRAM still have 3.3V power.

Is it possible upper situation?

Only connection with ADDR, DATA, how to serve the power on SDRAM?

Please advice to me!

why do you need two power supplies to power SDRAM?? Are you sure it is not DDRAM or DDRAM2??

It's for the noise issue. And it's exactly SDRAM.

What is the source for the noise, you are concerning?
What is enviroment spec for your design??
