Hi,

I purchased the following EVAL BOARD made by NXP:
https://www.nxp.com/demoboard/TEA1836DB1094.html

The controller TEA18361 is QR.

QUESTION
------------
The PCB is a 2 layer board.

Even though the PCB has 2 layers there are no tracks on the TOP layer.
There are just 2 jumpers.

Can someone tell me why they prefer to use 2 jumpers instead of 2 tracks?

Thanks,
Enrico Migliore

I think this is a advertising thread.Haw-haw.

They want to attract more people to use their IC,in my opinions, because many power supply companies use single layer board in order to save product cost.
