i'm reading synopsys sold DFT compliler document.

About At-speed OCC controller.

Anyone can tell if refclk1 is from Crystal ? and refclk1 is top design port? connect with external Crystal ?provide a clock
 

refclk1 comes from crystal, and could be a top design port as well, for an external crystal.
