What do you mean by "one minute is equal to 30seconds"?
Please be more clear.
Which microcontroller do you plan to use? Or do you plan to use discrete ICs?
Have you started anywhere? Code? Circuit? Hardware? Software? Parts selection?
Have you decided on the features? What are the specifications?
Do you plan to use 7-segment or LCD or dot-matrix display?
Do you plan to use an RTC chip such as DS1307?
Does it have to be battery powered? Or will it always run off mains?
a real clock every 60seconds is equal to 1 minute (60seconds=1minute).but i want to design some thing same as clock but this clock is difference with real clock,in this clock every 30seconds equals to 1 minute (30seconds=1minute) . i only want to design in "proteuse program"(software), i dont want to make it (hardware).its better to use 7-segments,but its not important which controller is used.
i want when i play this program in proteuse, this clock work as digital clock.
