Question in CTS of Astro:ov cannot legalize cell ...

Hi,All
I am using the Astro tool,when I do the CTS,there is an error as follow:
"ov-Error:calling sequence is violated(update_change -->Netlist——change)
CTS-warningv cannot legalize cell
overlap Removal(ov) Engine Terminated"
Is there anybody know how to do with it? Thanks a lot.

Did your design have enough area for the CLKBUF?

Try keeping the priority option high .. also effort option
