type-iii compensator

Hi, all

I am designing a PWM controller. The figure shows the type III compensator.
I use hspice to do simulation but can not have the bode plot in the figure.
The gain is not 20log(R2/R1) as specified @ the first zero in the figure and the value is much smaller.
Plus, the gain will not increase 20dB/decade between the second zero and second pole. Is there anything wrong with my simulation. Wish someone can help me out

The following is my input spice deck.

VINP INP 0 2.5
VINN INN 0 2.5 ac 1 180
