question about Randomization

For some OFDM based system like WLAN/WMAN, they require to scramble the signal first and then perform following functions. I am confused about how to implement the randomizer in simulink? Most of the cases I saw,they used bernoulli to achieve the requirement but how can I adjust the parameters if the PRBS generator shall be 1+X14+X15? or should I put PRBS generator rather than bernoulli?

anyone can help me,plz !
 

its better to use prbs generetor rather than the bernoulli because randomisation is well pronounced in prbs
