Hi all:

I simulate the inductor with PGS in momentum. I found that the inductance value is somehow sensitive to the position of the reference ground(from 3.5nH to 4nH). I use two signal port (internal) and two reference ground (in Metal 1 )associated with them. I want to know if there is some trick when placing the ground port. Thank you very much.
