command for hspice which?
gain(1)=.tf v(x,y) vin or gain(2)=.tf v(x) vin
gain(1)=620
gain(2)=310

gain(1) is true or gain(2) is true ?

Both, I think: gain(1) = differential gain ; gain(2) = single-ended gain

gain Av=gm1(gm7 ro7 r09)||(gm3 ro3 (ro1 || ro5)) wihch gain ? it is gain 1 or gain 2?
plz help me?

It is easy to prove that Differential Gain=2*(Single-Ended Gain).Speaking in dB : Differential Gain=Single-Ended Gain + 6dB.
So,both results are correct.
Since the equation and schematic are taken from the same literature it corresponds to the Differential Gain (gain1 as you name it).
But to be absolutely sure put the values that simulator gives at it's results on your equation and evaluate it.You will get the answer for which case it is written ;-)
