Has anybody tried system level simulation in ADS for Sigma-Delta Fractional-N Frequency Synthesizer?

Please do not send any theoretical papers or links as i have gone through many.

What i am looking for is an example in ADS...which simulates the sigma-delta Fractional N Frequency synthesizer at system level using the blocks available such as Charge-Pump PFD, VCO, Divider etc...

I have observed that there is no ready-made block for sigma delta as such so one has to build it...so an example for it will be very useful for me..

hi ,

i used simulink for system level simulation .fractional n frequency synthesizer is readily available in communication blockset

u can get better models in mathworks main wedsite.
