QUCS simulator : adding a BSIM model file question

Hello , I am using the QUCS simulator for CMOS analog circuit design. How do I use a BSIM 0.25um model file in my schematic ? I mean the mosfet's in my schematic need the model file for the siumlation to run properly.

You can change certain (mostly physical) properties in the Edit Component Properties window:
