Are they similare together? PIC16F627A AND PIC 16F628A?

Yes mostly everything is same between PIC16F627A and PIC 16F628A.
Only difference between PIC16F627A and PIC 16F628A is Flash Program Memory.
PIC16F627A has 1024 and PIC 16F628A has 2048.
