Hello everyone. I am implementing this design ,courtesy:https://www.electroschematics.com/9540/arduino-fan-speed-controlled-temperature/
arduino-temperature-fan-speed-control.png
everything except the fan works perfectly. i have given 12v supply from battery, psu used 12v , 6v fans. but no luck. I am very much frustrated right now . I don't know what i have done wrong. Please point me in the right direction.

figured out myself , connected the arduino and psu ground .works like a charm.however first tested using 100k resistance to check any voltage drop between grounds .
