Hi,
i'm designing an pwm inverter with this feature:
Fsw=25-50Khz
Fout=60Hz
Vbus=250V
Pout=150W max
In figure below the schematic and the components i want to use.

First of all i want your opinion/advices on my circuit (bypass capacitor of ICs are not in figure but there are in the real scheamatic).

Second i want to write pcb design rules for that circuit.
Could you help me in this task?
Could you suggest me any tutorial/application notes on this subject?
I'm not expert about pcb issues in power inverter.

Thanks in advance.

keep your high di'dt current loops as narrow in area as poss, avoid running high di/dt power currents along lengths of control ground as you will excite stray inductance to ring and cause ground bounce
