Please everybody help me to find pulse generator circuit using MC14060BCP IC or another IC/circuit are welcome?
I will use circuit above for up/down counter?

i didnt understood you,
you want to generate a pulse with MC14060BCP?
like a pulse for 3 second?

you can use a 555...

This may help you.

you can urdjest frequency by changing values of R and C. i have urdjested it for 50HZ pulse.

F = 1/T = 1/RC.
