Hi
I am designing a switching amplifier with 300MHz switching frequency and 20MHz input frequency. I was doing the pss analysis in spectre RF and found out that the software is considering 300MHz to 299.91MHz. Because of this software is giving the following error while running pss analysis.
ERROR, (CMI-2207): V1: The fundamental frequency 'fund' 20MHz does not divide evenly into stimulus frequency 'period' 299.91MHz. To fix the problem, adjust the fundamental frequency so that the integer multiple of 'fund' equals 'period'
Can somebody tell whats the reason for this error and how to overcome this.
regards
