[Protel 99 SE] Error: Format '%x' invalid or incompatible with argument

Hi, i have a Problem with Protel99SE. I created a Netlist out of my schematics, which looks fine. Now i want to load this Netlist into the PCB-Layout.
I open a new PCB-Document and select "Design" --> "Load Netlist".
Then i get the following Error:

Format '%x' invalid or incompatible with argument
Exception Information:
Exception Occured In
PCB:Netlist

I can not even open a netlist for loading.

Does anyone had similar problem and probably solved it?

In the schematic u should select a protel format netlist
