Hello,
I confuse c languages using for dsPIC. For example hi-tech c and micro-c are same? Or how c languages are there? Please help me and explain..?

Thank you for your answer..
I am reading about dsPICs. And I want to be working on voice. So I have to use ADC and DAC. How can I start, it is necessary to buy a development board.
Or should I use simulation programs like Pspice for my project and work on a basic circuit board.

It depends on what you may feel comfortable with. For simulation you can use Proteus. You can buy a development board if you want. If you don't have any previous experience with microcontrollers, then I recommend that you get a development board. But if you have previously worked with microcontrollers, it may not be necessary.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

Thank you again,
