program 18LF4520

hi,

I have a ICD2 clone but I can't program 18LF4520?
I can program at 5V but now a I want program with 3.3V because I have a module zigbee and this works 3.3V, and the mplab say:

...Reading ICD Product ID
Running ICD Self Test
...Passed
MPLAB ICD 2 Ready
Programming Target...
...Validating configuration fields
...Erasing Part
...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0x193F)
Verifying...
...Program Memory
ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x568, Expected Val = 0xE01, Val Read = 0xC01)
ICD0275: Programming failed.
MPLAB ICD 2 Ready

Help me to solve this problem.

Thanks
lopex

program 18LF4520

Microchip specifies bulk erase to require a VDD of 4.5V minimum. If you have applied code protection to your device, it can't be reprogrammed at below 4.5 V. Otherwise, there may be a ICD2 programming option in effect, that also selects bulk erase. Incremental programming should work at low voltage as well, or the part is defective.

program 18LF4520

Also, many ICD2 Clones don`t work at 3.3v. So which one are U using?
