problems with Modelsim SE 6.6b!!!

the license wizard check the license OK!!!
but when i opened Modelsim it will display below:
unable to check a viwer license for use of the Modelsim graphic user interface.Vism is closing.
why？
need your help.thanks!
my system is windows7 ultimate
 

I have the same problem!????
 

Cracked software? Did You try to contact Mentor? Is Your environment variable with license file is OK?
 

I have seen this message when one instance of modelsim is already running and you try to open a second one.
You are either trying to run two instances or something is wrong with the program.
