I am using one 24LC512 with at91RM9200, on in bolts 71 (PA25/TWD/IRQ2) as SDA and 72 (PA26/TWCK/IRQ1) as SCL, the problem is to the times the Uc does not obtain to speak with the memoria, some cases I I decided placing CAP. of 100pF as pull-up, in parallel with the resistances of 3k3, but this me does not seem the correct saida one. Somebody ja had problem similar?

Thanks in advance

I would recommend reading Microchip Application note AN1028.
The WP is active high, therefore, ground it to "not" protect it.
A0, A1, A2 are address lines.
There should be only one pull-up resistor for SCL and only one for SDA somewhere between them and the micro.
Also Microchip Application Note: AN974 gives a good introduction.
And the data sheet should be fully understood.

Good Luck.
