cd4067

hello,
i have a problem when i read the analog value for the output of a cd4067. I use a adc AN0 pin of PIC18F452 connected directly to the mux output for convert the analog values.
when i down the time of mux select switch under 100us the output is not correct. I use a pull down resistor of 100k for the inputs to measure analog sensors. when i connect 1 potenciometer in the input 1, the input 2 have 1/2 value of 1, the input 3 have 1/4 value of 1, etc... what is this?? is this aliasing??? I need down the time of switch to 1us... what i can do??? is a problem of impedance?? in the past i have used a cd4051 without problems... whats happend with the cd4067??
any better TTL multiplexer for this??

thanks a lot...

Alex
