problems of clock circuit

this is my clock circuit, but it's easy to be ruined when testing.
i want to know what is the matter if there is not a 50 ohm match when testing?

Added after 59 seconds:

there r=50ohm and vdd=1.8v
 

I can't see your image on photo.163.com. It appears as a broken link.
