Problem with oscillation frequency in PLS simulation

Hello,

I made a PLS simulation for a Ring oscillator with an extraction without parasitic elements, but the oscillation frequency given by this simulation is different to the oscillation frequency given by the schematic simulation (a large difference),
so, I want to know if it is normal to obtain this result.
