Hi.
I designed a cyclic ADC and at this time I want to design an Opamp and implement it in the cyclic ADC.
I design a folded cascade Opamp for this purpose but my ADC doesn't work probably with this Opamp and I designed a lot of Opamp but it never works with these op amps.
Does anybody can help me to solve my problem.
ADC features: Resolution:12 bit Sampling frequency :20 Ms/s
Opamp features: Gain>=90 db Bandwidth>=500 MHz Slew rate>=1000 v/us
My circuits works in CMOS 90nm technologhy and my power supply is 1.2V.
