I had build this circuit baut it does not work.

The signal is changing from 0 to 5V at R1 pin, but the transistor does not change state. It is allways on.

The transistor is logic level, P-channel, 30V, 3A.

I was thinking that using a logic level transistor was ik to switch 24v loads.

Do I have to use a N-Channel to do this?
I already have the PCB manufactured :(

Thanks in advance

The control voltage must go to 24V .
With N-channel to ground and the LED's to VCC will it work .

That's right... The Vthreshold for the IRLML5203 is aproximately between -1V and -2.5V so you would need your input signal to change between 0v (to have your PMOS on) and a voltage higher than 23 V to turn it off.

Thanks guys,

I going to use N-Channel. Is easyear than use a level translator.

Allways learning....
