problem with montecarlo for fully differential amplifier

in the above picture folded cascode is fully differential and ramaining circuit is cmfb with common drains and resistive sensing..now problem is i am trying to do montecarlo analysis selectively ..as it cannot be done on openloop..for the cmfb loop...when iam not selecting the lowew nmos (current controlling and cascode) results are fine but when i included those output is varied acorss my supply rails ..why this is happening
